Blackroc's professional services are a key part of our overall business profile, and an element of our business which sets us apart from our competitors.
By professional services we mean a range of services, available to our reseller partners, designed to ensure appropriate selection of AIDC technology, detailed specification of hardware, with full installation and commissioning services to provide hassle free and reliable implementation of AIDC systems.
These services are available across all AIDC technologies, but have particular relevance to the technically demanding areas of RF LAN (WiFi networks), and RFID. For a successful installation, both of these areas require in-depth understanding of the technology at a fundamental hardware level.
Blackroc has invested over the years in the personnel and the training to be able to provide a quality service to our partners in these technologies.
The same set of services are provided by our RFID professional services team. For RFID initial sales support, Blackroc also provide RFID seminar and presentation services together with demonstration hardware and speakers. In-depth support for RFID is particularly important, and for most resellers absolutely essential, because of the highly technical and rapidly changing nature of this growth technology.
In the case of fixed RFID reading stations, these are only provided by Blackroc where accompanied by services from our professional services team, because of the necessity for a trained and specialist RFID engineer to specify and physically install the equipment. A knowledge of the underlying RF physics is important for successful implementation.
