| Terms and Conditions |
| 1. | Blackroc Technology reserves the right to refuse equipment returned without the RMA Number clearly marked on the outside of the package. |
| 2. | Only one consignment accepted per RMA Number issued. |
| 3. | Be aware that any information stored in the product will be lost during our test procedures. Blackroc Technology accepts no responsibility for loss or damage to equipment in transit to us, nor will Blackroc Technology be held responsible for any loss of data held in any of the devices returned to us. It is the user's responsibility to ensure that their data has been adequately backed up prior to shipment to Blackroc Technology. |
| 4. | Note: A handling and examination charge of £65 will be applied to all returns, with the exception of faulty units that are covered under warranty. |
