Blackroc are pleased to offer a comprehensive repair and maintenance service.
The following options are available, all subject to terms and conditions:
- Warranty: Products purchased from Blackroc Technology are covered by a 12 months' warranty.
- Maintenance Contract: Various packages are available, contact Blackroc for details.
- General Repairs: Products not covered by the above may be repaired on a chargeable basis.
If you wish to return equipment to Blackroc for any of the above reasons you must first obtain an RMA number.
