The Blackroc C32M is an add-on peripheral to the increasingly popular Psion Teklogix WORKABOUT PRO.
The Blackroc C32M is a single board solution which integrates via USB, enabling connection to the WORKABOUT PRO with a simple flexi connection to the internal scanner USB port. This frees the internal GSM wide area comms. All Psion Teklogix' rear mounted serial barcode scanner options can also be used in conjunction with the camera and GPS.

| The Blackroc C32M camera and GPS is located entirely in the endcap, so that the WORKABOUT PRO's internal x-mod slot remains available for connection to other peripherals, notably Psion Teklogix' own GSM/GPRS/Edge or HSDPA electronics, which can now be fitted into the WORKABOUT PRO, so that wide area communications work alongside the camera. |
| Developed with enhanced GPS functionality the Blackroc C32M has full geo-fixing capability to accurately location stamp each image. Using SBAS (Satellite Based Augmentation System), fix accuracy of the Blackroc C32M camera is improved from around 15 metres (standard GPS), to between 1-2 metres. The GPS receiver also has a small backup battery, providing "warm boot" capability, enabling Time to First fix (TTFF) of as little as 10 seconds. |
