As a Distributor, we now have 10 years of "sharp-end" experience in supporting our solution providers through the pre-sale, implementation and post sale phases of their AIDC projects. These projects have been large and small volumes, high and low values, complex and simple applications, at home and abroad. Thousands of account management hours have been spent on-site in support of our solution providers with their end users. Many more thousands of professional service hours have been delivered in support of our solution providers.

Since it’s inception Blackroc Distribution had key relationships with Psion Teklogix and Intermec. Those relationships have remained strong over the last 10 years, and Blackroc is now the longest standing National distributor of both of these major AIDC vendors. During the past 10 years, we have also added several other vendors to our portfolio including M3 Mobile, Sato, and Printek to name but a few.
